Brian,
PB/DLL 2.0 can create 16-bit DLLs and EXEs which run under the Win 3.1
emulation in OS/2.
If you can find a copy, "Programming Windows 3.1" by Charles Petzold is the
absolute bible of Windows programming. The examples are all in "standard" C
which is *VERY* compatible with PB/DLL.
More importantly, his style of writing makes it easy to understand and follow
even if you don't know *any* C at all.
Other than that, learn by example. There's lots of examples on the disk and
many more downloadable from our FTP site.
