 Problems unique to uploading are ALMOST always a modem to computer
 handshaking setup problem.  Be sure that the modem init includes
 the appropriate string(s) for hardware handshaking and that TMW
 has hardware handshaking on, software handshaking off.  Xmodem is
 slow enough, and verifies each 128 byte packet, so the flow
 control omission doesn't bother it.
