You appear to be using an ancient version of Telemate. :-)  4.21 is the
current version, though from some remarks here it *appears* that 4.20 is
more stable.  When downloading, look for TM420-1 - TM420-4 with the
extendions of either .ARJ or .ZIP or your favourite archiver.
