Hola All!
I think that the echo's moderator should be a English-speaking man (or woman) 
because it is important in an international echo.
Apart from that, I have seen many msgs looking for a moderator... :-(
I can be the moderator, but someone should tell me about the rules, and so 
on, because I have never been an echo moderator... ;-)
For the people who do not know anything about me...
I am 21 years old and I am living in Madrid (Spanish capital city)
I have been in a Scout Group since I was 8!!
Nowadays I am Scout leader... I do not know how do you call it in English, 
but here in Spain we call it "Coordinador de Grupo" that is the maximum 
responsible in a Scout Group.
I am also ham-radio (EA4ABW) and... And I do ot know what to tell you about 
myself!! X'DDD
That's all!
Think about me as the moderator only after thinking about you, ok?
I would prefer a people who speaks perfect English... not as me ;-)
