What he was advising was a simple method of making a netmail reply to a post in
a newsgroup.  It is similar to doing an email reply to a news post, as is
usually the case.  However since JamNNTPd is a Fidonet-specific implementation
of a newsgroup server, Tommi has found a Fido-specific solution.
