I think one can easily do that, and the minutes add up quickly,
believe me. Now one day this Cellular One may improve my overall
reception here, where I live. At times I get an excellent reception,
and on other days it is just terrible, and drops carrier.
I don't know, IF it has anything to do with this, but on overcast
days, the reception seems to be worse. Can that have anything to do
with this on overcast, not even raining days, that the reception is
affected on Cellular phones, since we don't have this here now at this
time of the year.

I like that flat rate situation, since in my case it saves me quite a
bit, and I do not use my phone during weekdays at prime time. In an
emergency I could always use my regular landline phone unless of
course I am on the road. Then in an emergency I would ofcourse use the
Cell phone.

Yes I guess that is cheap. I believe that over time, Cell phone rates
must come down. The competition will do that.
BL> Some of the "bargain" plans in canada are $20 a month with 600

Those 600 minutes will be used up quickly, I think, and before you
know it, you will be starting to use the other rates. Not all that
good of a deal in my opinion.

I have the same deal here. I pay $35/month for that flat rate, and
unlimited local calling after 7-Pm during weekdays, and flat rate also
on week-ends, and holidays. That is the time I use it the most, I
think...
