The Vegans - Part 1


I have chosen to call the aliens that I had contact with as being
"The Vegans". The reason for this I will elaborate on later in
one of the following parts.

I have been requested by the Moderator for this echo that I
attempt to restrict my messages to a maximum of 200 lines.
I will attempt to do so.

Apparently the highest level of a contact with aliens is
considered to be a case in which you actually see and engage
in a conversation with them.  I only actually saw them once and
that was under limiting conditions due to the available lighting
because of the hour of the day, and due to the fact that I could
not move my head, only my eyes from side to side.
But, a conversation did actually take place and I will attempt
to reconstruct that conversation here as best as I can from
memory.

This was not an exclusive contact as other people present in the
area where it happened had other experiences, which I am certain
were related to mine.

It was a couple of days in building up until the time when
I saw the spacecraft (landing vehicle?) come down, and other
people reported seeing strange goings on in the night sky.
At that age and at that time I was very skeptical about hearing
flying saucer stories, and didn't actually beleive in them
the slightest. The experiences which I had changed all of that
for me, and I have taken on a different stance ever since.

From the initial first close contact, there were following
contacts and I did not connect all of them together as being
the same aliens that had originally contacted me, nor was
I able to discern exactly what the complete picture was about
the succession of incidents that were to follow over several
years. After a while, and I had time to reflect and reassess
what had happened to me I was able to realize that there was
some sort of master plan to it all, and that the following
contacts that I had were actually based on and a result of
the first contact.

In between each of the incidents, I curiously had a lapse
of memory about exactly what had happened each time, and it
was not until several years afterwards that I was able to
connect the dots (so to apeak) and make any sense out of
it all.
Apparently, this type of experience happens commonly with
most people who report seeing UFO's etc., and they seem
to lapse into a grey zone of forgetfullness about the
details, as though their minds are not accepting the
reality and have relagated everything to the back burner
for a while as a sort of protective mechanism perhaps?

Having a meeting with aliens is a traumatic experience, and
one which brings about the states of confusion and disbeleif
that normally follow traumatizing events.

For many years I would not speak to anyone about what had
happened and part of this was due to my beleif that people
would think that I was suffering from some sort of
dissallusion, or had been dreaming about it all.
When I think back on it all, none of it I can confidently
assetain was dreamlike or in any way associated with
aktered states of reality. It was real. It was definatley
real what happened.

In the past several years due to the public comming clean about
the experiences that they have had, I can ascertain that a
great deal of the experiences that I have read about all fit
into the same mold and things that they reported seeing and
happening to them bear a similar pattern, which would only
happen if they had seen the same aliens that I had seen.


The only time that I was able to do serious thinking about it
all was my initial realization (again many years after), that
what I had seen was similar in most respects to what others
had reported seeing. Prior to that, I had definately buried
my head in the sand and tended to avoid and ignore any
suggestions that these things happen to people.

Somewhere in my mind there was this feeling and understanding
that what had happened to me was something which was important.
I didn't know or understand how important any of it was, or
even why it should be.
