Under warp, the dll's required for the profile management functions ¨(.ini
files) are pmshapi.dll (5k) and pmmerge.dll (873k).  Programming ¨for
someone that has kept these two files and deleted pmwin.dll (10k) ¨seems a
little silly.  I believe that the Prf* functions shouldn't be ¨part of the
PM subsystem, but they are.
