So? It's his system. They don't have to call if they don't
 like it.
If they even realize it's being done. Unless they know better, a
pause or three may just seem like part of the way the BBS operates.
Personally, I am annoyed by people who just want to breeze on
through the bulletins, etc just to go leech files.
Those are, of course, the first people to complain when some door
game is gone, but they would have known in advance if they ever
 bothered to *read* the bulletins.
So I rewrote all the logon files and it is not impossible to
bypass the things I feel they need to see.
May seem evil or mean. But it's my system.
Someone once made the analogy to me that a BBS is like a home,
and the users are guests you might have visit you.
Well, you don't just LET guests or anyone else kick the door in,
throw their jackets on the floor and raid the fridge.
I make them at least knock first, if not say hello.
