CI = "Continuous Integration".  Any time someone commits a source code change,
the CI server (in this case a software package called "Jenkins") kicks off a
build for all the platforms.  You can go here:
http://grumble.deltasoft.com:8080/ and see the current status of all the
various components that make up FlightGear.  It will show you the date of the
last successful compile, the date of the last time the compile failed, and the
amount of time the most current state (success or failure) took to reach.
