I've got one in Portland Oregon, It has a few ruogh spots but it basicly
works just fine.
The audio is tinny and a little weak, no military air band, and
occasionaly it gets 2 data channels. I fixed that by figuring out the bogus
one and deleting it.
The trunking system out here works lousy and you hear them complaining
about the wonderful Motorala radios a lot. Portland thought they could do it
better and now they won't admit the system sucks, it pops and fizzles all the
time.
The Radio works as good at recieving 800 trunking as my Pro 43 or my
2006, and the logic tracking works just great. You just gotta have all the
channels in there then start figuring out the talk groups, once you have what
you want you can program them into banks and scan them like before. I finally
listen to my scanner again after 2 years of frustration. too bad it doesn't
do anything except motorala stuff and then only from about 850 to 868.
If your area uses it, get one, I hardly ever use the other radios any
more.

                      Terry!
