I'm with Martin on that one. If I want to pick up an echo from system B, then
the tosser should not be deciding if I've already received it from system A.
Messages from A and B should be separate piles.
But in Martin's case, Winpoint is seeing a match on echoname and dumping all
those messages into one pile.
