How about not. Maddux is the best in MLB, however, the second best is in the 
AL - Randy Johnson.

Frankly, I doubt it would be that high. Remember, he's pitched in two of the 
best *hitter's* parks and managed to do quite well in both. If anything, he 
might be .25-.4 higher on his ERA.
