When I log onto neverending with Netscape I have to type in my user name
and password; then it takes me to a screen where the first choice on the left
is messaging.  I click on messaging and it takes me to the conference areas
-- Fidonet is #2 on the list.  I click on that one and then find the craft
fido (number 291, I think -- the quilting one is way down at the bottom). 
Then I can click on whichever message I want to read or look at the mail in 
y
inbox on neverending.  As far as I know it has never d/l 'ed a client to me. 
I just cruise like any other web site.  I hope this helps.
