APC III is a not-IBM compatible machine. It is based on a 8086 (not 8088)
processor. It will not run a lot of IBM software because of the addresses
of all the ports. With the addition of an SLE card, a lot of PC software
can made to run. There are native versions of some software to run on it
like dBase and AutoCad and some others.
