IBM sells a subscription to a set of CD-ROMs that are updated quarterly.
Issue 7 is the latest, currently at four disks. You can buy it either with
the Device Driver Kit for about $300 per year, or without the DDK for about
$200 per year. If you are doing anything seriously involving ASM, then buy
the DDK option even if you have no interest in device drivers. Among other
things, the DDK gives you MASM for OS/2 and a whole set of useful tools.

Members of the IBM Developer Assistance Program (DAP) may get substantial
discounts up to 40% off. For information about DAP in the U.S., call
(408)982-6408. For information about DevCon in the U.S., call
(800)633-8266.
