    Therefore, please check facts BEFORE posting
    error filled data.  CABLE TV channels on all
    systems cover a variety of services.  They
    "share" the spectrum with many other authorized
    users, and every time the cableco "leaks" the
    system operator will deny it (to cover their
    failures and shortcomings) until they get time
    (and the money and the technicians) to make
    the necessary repairs.
    Part 76 of the FCC Rules and Regulations may
    be available at your local library for inspection.
