I only recently started flying powered aircraft after thousands
of hours in gliders, got my PPL in record time in a C172 and
subsequently bought the remains of a Tiger Moth (with a two way
Gosport tube) for $150 ;-)
I'm in the process of restoring her...so far its cost me more
money than I can afford, many arguments with my wife, but has given
me a lot of pleasure.
Thanks go to my engineer Bryan Scott from Air New Zealand for
all the work he has put in,and another thank you should go
to Jim Sanders of this echo for telling me to listen to Bryan !
Regards,
Rick
