        Theres your problem.  TG within Synch.  Eww...not a good
        idea.  Run one or the other.  I've seen folks try that
        with WWIV for years and never worked.  The shelling
        procedures in software like Synch or WWIV just may not
        allow for good freeing of stack memory space.
