I don't think you'll find one. Unfortunately, the hardware differs between
implementations. In theoury _your_ BIOS will support _your_ hardware.

In practice, you'll have to write your own DD, and its not easy. If you want
it to work on other people's hardware, you will have to write several
versions. The most common implementation is the one in the Intel SL support
chip, but there are several others.
