The list has *ALWAYS* been a worked one, mostly made up of American
workers, with a scattering of names from other countries that popped
up in the mag over the last 2 years.

There have been many, many cases of semi-workers who have been
retired/injured for 1-3 years being on the list - the people who made
the list just didn't hear about it.
