Thanks. Will look forward to it. BTW there is a program called NewsGate
that does this but is restricted to only 3 newsgroups. Could you take a
look at it ?

LogIt.Exe is a handy small utility
for entering information in a
Max/Squish/Bink-style log file
from the command line.
It's intended use is in batch
files for BBS setups, although
how you use it is up to you.
LOGIT is F'reqable as LOGIT202.ZIP from my system, 24 hrs/day. It's
configurable as to which file data is logged to, and the logfile in the
config can be over-ridden on the command line as well.
It logs stuff in the proper format..
