General Physics. Not too catchy. We had a better title originally but we
got flack from some profs. Our original book was called Life Science
Physics because it had lots of applications to biology. It was designed to
appeal to premeds etc. Professors with students in the course who were not
in the biological sciences objected, and we changed the name to Physics.
(Creative title, isn't it?) When we put out a clone with more math, we
called it General Physics. The original -- Physics -- is not in print, and
will not be until I write a new edition, which may or may not ever happen.
General Physics is in circulation.
