Gerard van Essen for the work of art called NetMgr. Simple, crude,
small, fast, yet you can do some pretty amazing things with it.
And hey, he even took some of my code (hell, made it work even!)
and adopted the gigo nodelist stuff for those that want it!
(for netmgr's purposes.. it has *just* enough info to tell if
someone is listed or not. Takes 8 seconds to compile that index,
on my old 486 dx2-66..).
