Sounds like an "uh-oh" to me, too.  I'll be calling that inspector
tomorrow morning if I haven't heard from him by this afternoon.  I
might just mention this is possibly part of a chain with a bad rep. 
I'm not familiar with the "Dr. Pets" name.  Were they closed down? (and
if so, could they have resurrected themselves under a new name like
"Animal Kingdom"?)
