Hi all! 
  
I am wanting to put in place a script to run that will check for a new 
user access profile and then automatically upgrade their access level 
on the fly to full access.  I was wondering if anyone has ever done 
this before?  I realize it may just be reinventing the wheel for this, 
but I think it would be fun to write a mod that would do this 
automatically :)
