subject: DOS TSR text viewer wantd

What I'd like to find, is a DOS TSR program, which would pop up a
window any time I want, and display the country suffixes used in
internet email. For instance, I may receive an email from someone
like sender.anything.com.nl. I'd love to know what country 'nl' is. I
happen to have a text file of all the internet country codes, but no
way to pop them up to view them when I want, namely, from within my
offline email reader.

I've seen numbers of TSR's which pop up specific types of data,
usually ASCII codes, etc., but nothing to do what I want. Then, the
idea occured to me, what if someone could write a pop-up TSR that
would view *any* text file the user wanted, so the user could load a
text file with ASCII codes, or one with Color codes, or, like me, a
file of country internet codes. It should be a fairly simple program,
with a simple search capability. Has anyone seen anything like this?
