Only if you took an oath to do so. Pharmacists are not doctors and refusing
to fill a prescription given by a doctor could put a person's health in
jeopardy. They don't have the right to do that.

Did I forget to mention that the proposed law also gives them the right to
KEEP the prescription and not allow the patient to go elsewhere to get it
filled without going back to the doctor to get another one?
