Someone was telling me that their club was a non-profit organization
and had invested in Commonwealth Bank shares, and didn't have to
pay tax on the income. Would it be possible for me to do something
similar? Specific NPOs I would like to have is:
1. Sponsor of overseas email
2. Sponsor of modem pool/phone line for access to this BBS.
3. Sponsor of development of public domain code.
I would like to put money into these ventures ($300 each?) and
use the income to do what the above says. I do genuinely want
these things, and I certainly consider all these to be educational
activities. BFN.
