Look for EDMI series 'Electronic Developer's Magizine'.  These
are OS/2 programming oriented magazines published in INF format. 
These are available at good OS/2 BBS's.  Look for EDMIx-y.* (x is
volume, y is issue).

There are also Developer Support News files (DSN*).  I think
these are IBM created and oriented towards IBM products.  Usually
in text (ASCII) format.
