BV> Did you find out if you were eligible for any special pricing through
BV> the Borland Bum-Chum fan club ? I ordered my copy today and I also
FM> Don't know, didn't talk to Borland just to the distributor who had the
FM> product there. I'll call them on Monday.

That would have been my mate Rick. He sold a few copies at the
release but not as many as he would have liked. When I spoke to him
on Friday he said that there were no special deals.

BV> ordered one upgrade product for you. I should have it on Wednesday
BV> if you want it. If not, I'll flog it to someone else.
FM> Thank you. I'll see what pricing I get out of Borland and let you know
FM> on Monday night. Looks like there might be an interested pensioner,
FM> which could be useful as you suggested elsewhere.

That's what I was thinking. Perhaps Wednesday night might be a good
one for a get together ?

FM> Did you get an upgrade yourself? Or pay the extra $100?

No. I ordered the retail package for myself.

FM> How did you order an upgrade for me without an existing product?
FM> The distributor who was there just said to fax the disk with the order.

They haven't asked me yet. When they do, I'm going to ask them how
they expect Hardly Normals to supply the photo-copy disks for the
250 upgrades they stock at their Auburn store. IOW, fuck-em :)

Regards, Brenton
