    Most Windows Terminal programs don't show Flashing ANSI. The only one

I have found that does is Procom for Windows 3.0. All the other Terms that I 
have messed with do not show the Flashing ANSI. It bugs me as I like to see 
everything the way it was intended by the Sysop!
