I read this column last week in the Tribune (Yes, Bill, that would allow me
to have prior knowledge of the warrant you spoke of). What case is Ms.
Chavez making here? That the 11th Circuit erred in not considering the
change in custody as a contempt of the April 19 ruling? She seems to
believe that the courts weren't involved -- even though she notes that
there is a search warrant, which must be issued by a court.

I have never been impressed by Ms. Chavez' ability to think or write
critically. This is a good example.

BTW, her column *still* does not have much information (6 words out of
context) about the contents of the warrant.
