Letter rate is always a lot more than parcel rate, and air is
more expensive than surface mail.

You have to pick the service you want according to what the
delivery itself is worth.

Sometimes the cost of even the cheapest is too much.

Other times the cost of the most expensive is insignificant
compared to the worth of the goods.

It all depends on the WORTH of the goods, not its cost or its
value.
