Hello All!

It's been a month since anyone has posted anything in this echo and I'm
beginning to wonder if it has not outlived its usefulness.  Does anyone
have any comments?

Apart from that, there is nothing much new up here.  We're having a rather
nice fall perhaps as a compensation for a miserable summer but parts of
Alaska including Valdez have been doused with eain and roads have been
washed out.  And of course the days get shorter at the rate of 6 minutes
per day while the migrating birds have long since flown South.

Winter is coming.
