Okay folks... the Asst Mod here again....
For the period of May 20th to approx June 30th this echo will be 
flying blind... Neither Rich nor I have received any mail to
our 102 net addresses the last week which means both Rich and I,
are cut off again... 
This leaves me as the sole moderator here until the time 
that Rich Ward THE Moderator here gets his 102 feed back...
But I am packing my 'puter up and moving to the east coast....
hence the flying blind period of time... now a moderatorless
FIDO Backboned echo can be removed from the backbone if there
is a NOTICEABLE absence of a moderator for longer than 30 days
but I am cutting that fine....
so in the meanwhile I plan to implement an interim moderator
(Over Rich's objections) the period of time I am off the
echo...
I'll get back with the who is it? when the time comes...
