    I got it fixed. The problem was that Telemate uses TMINST.??? to
configure ports, and that's what I forgot to run. After changing the
IRQ to a proper setting, everything seems to work fine now. Except the
fact I'm getting terrible transfer rates with many of BBS I'm on.
 
** Let's do some scratchin' power mixers do, its time to jam to the new
sound...
