     Should the UN be a seperate entiity with it's own military? If so,
then would that not raise a number of other issues? IMHO the UN needs to
be seperate from it's member nations to help insure that the goals and
tasks taken on by the UN are not affected by the political and financial
agendas of it's members. While I don't that any particular nation has a
decidedly negative agenda. I also think that given the opportunity even
a well intentioned member nation will manipulate matters based on whats
best for them.
