Actually everyone at Watcom *does* get the oportunity to read messages
sent to tech{at}watcom.on.ca but normally you will get no reply other than
the canned response.  It is still a viable vehicle for reporting bugs.

Watcom offers a 60-day free support period after which you can subscribe
to a range of support-plan options.

Personally I have found that they're pretty good at addressing problems
and the quality of their product is such that I haven't needed much
support anyway.

Disclaimer: Don't work for them, Don't sell their product, Just use it
as my primary development tool.
