I seem to be having some trouble when others connect with me via modem.
But until recently, I thought it was a problem with my modem.  I have an
internal 28.8 USR Sportster. And whenever any one calls me, we only
connect at 2400. But if I call them, we always connect at 26400+. I
could never figure out how to fix it. Well, recently a friend had me
load a different comm program and then he called me. Well, for the first
time in like forever, we connected at 26400. So, naturally, this leads
me to believe it has something to do with Telemate.  Any ideas of the
possible solution would be greatly appreciated, as I am an avid TM user.
P.S. I currently am using TM 4.21
