  Decoding Satt signals is slightly illegal. And possabibly is not an
approprate subject for the HAM Tech echo. In fact right here in San
Diego Calif the FBI had a BIG sting operation and arrested several
selling Decoder cards for the 18" systems.
 Also Parabola information is abailable in the Radio Amateur's
Handbook. Or from a variety of Books on the subject found in the Public
Library
