this part at least i'm sure is wrong. Speed Pascal is NOT shareware. It is a
commercial product of which several betas have been made public in order to
get as much feedback as usual. The final version should be out pretty 
soon, the latest open beta was III, admittedly quite buggy, but beta IV was
really workable, beta V corrected most of the bug left, and Speed is now in
gamma stage. The final product should ship around june for about $100.
