Will it? How do you know that he will not be the one responible for
changing Cuba in the future? How do you know his life will be so bad in
Cuba? You don't.

I don't think Cuba will be the same country in 10 years.

He wins? I don't really think he cares about the "win" as much as
he cares about how this entire situation is draining resources from the US.

He didn't escape, he was TAKEN out of the country. You do understand the difference?

I don't think it's relevant. Different situations. The mother in Germany
would have been shot; the father in this situation is not a government
official. I believe in the end it should be handled the same way this
situation should be handled. The child should go to the father, unless you
can prove the father will abuse the child. The only thing I've heard from
you is some concern about communism in Cuba. I do not think that is just
cause to break up a family.
