  DOS VSAFE is a memory managing anti-virus program. VSAFE should not be
  loaded if u already have another virus scanner which sits in memory
  VSAFE is also slightly old now. Viruses are being written everyday
  So the chance of it picking up anything decent is about 1:100
  which is pretty useless..
  I would remove it from  memory and use a decent anti-virus scanner
