 In my experience, they are selected sequentially from the top down.
 So I edited mine and moved all the good quotes up farther.
 And wrote some more.  :)
 There seems to be a slight trick to it though: it sometimes displays
 two quotes at a time even when I've been careful with the spacing and
 line feeds/carriage returns.
