  There's the stigma/placebo thing George. People will use any condition
as an excuse for any given behavior, if it suits them to do so.

Women who want to have this problem dealt with DO so, others just
enjoy bitching about it instead. The problem is you have to want to
deal with it, if not then you just go on being bitchy. (Generic
'you'.)
