Apparently not. The dialog window does appear on the screen, but
if I omit the FCF_SHELLPOSITION frame flag, the window has no
title bar and no border (and thus no minmax and size buttons
either) at all, despite the fact that the appropriate flags are
set. Adding FCF_SHELLPOSITION to the frame flags yields a
window with all the controls needed but then the screen position
and dimensions are, of course, not as wanted.
