is allowed in this echo. Last time I did this elsewhere I got my head
taken off. Even though we're all adults some adults can't handle such
topics.

I've no idea if any men were involved with the treatments etc but that
most modern day male gyns support these efforts is what counts. Hint:
It's mostly about diet/exercise/fluid intake.. self control...
Touchy squeamish stuff like that.
