I only have a robots entry for filefix, that attribute is there and it is *not*
working.  Should there be other robot entries for other functions, or is
tickfix 
the only one?

The jsexec install step created it as 'filefix' and not 'tickfix' if that
matters.  The netmails that are being ignored are addressed to filefilx.
