  Client windows you create separately, and you then "insert" them as
  pages into the notebook by sending the notebook a message (check your
  PM Guide and Reference for the exact one, I'm too lazy to look it up
  for you) along with the window handle.

  Other messages are provided for setting tab and status field texts,
  along with some wrapper macros that make them available as function
  calls.
